A rum based liqueur with chocolate, caramel and coffee notes.
Add essence and 550ml Alcohol @ 40% to Still Spirits Liqueur Base “C” (made up as per Liqueur Base “C” instructions). Alternatively 350ml Sugar and 150ml Liquid Glucose. Top up to 1.125 L with water.

- Top Shelf Rum Liqueur 30ml
- Top Shelf Aussie Gold Rum 15ml
- Passionfruit Pulp 30ml
- Fresh Pressed Lemon Juice 20ml
- Sugar Syrup (1:1 – Sugar:Water, dissolved) 5mls
- Pinch of Salt
Directions
- Step 1 – Add all ingredients to a shaker.
- Step 2 – Fill with Ice.
- Step 3 – Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
