Tannisol is a stabilizer of Italian origin. It consists of 95% potassium metabisulphite, 3% Ascorbic acid, 2% tannin. For most people, sulphites are safe in small amounts.
Dosage: max 1.3 tablets per 100 litre
Ideal for weak wines with low acidity and alcoholic strength. Also effective in preserving wine contained in partly filled bottles. Tannisol is indispensable after racking off, during transportation and during warm weather. Tannisol remediates wine affected by oxidative casse, restoring the original brightness of the wine.
