Produced from quality rye. Lends biscuit-like, smooth, almost oily, (typical) rye component to finished beer. Rye malt is not just for rye bee styles. Although brewing a traditional rye beer is exceptionally rewarding, try adding rye malt to light and medium coloured and flavoured beers for complexity or fire up your distillery unit and use it to make a single malt whiskey.
