The Pure Distilling Complete Kit contains everything you need to distill your own spirits, essential oils and water at home.

The Reflux Condenser uses advanced LM technology (liquid management) which offers automatic temperature control.  Set the water flow once, and simply check ONE thermometer to see when the process is complete.  Condensers using older VM technology require constant water adjustment and monitoring of multiple thermometers. Get it wrong and quality suffers, possibly even losing your entire batch.

Fermenting is done in a Beer Me Boiler which can be self sterilised by boiling a little water for a few minutes. You can then heat the water to the correct yeast pitching temperature.
